After a few days away from home im back, I had a good time over at a good friend of mine who lives in the more southern part of the country. Sun, drinks and plenty of time to do what we wanted, aah twas good. Now though its back to work. I have bunch of things to do for the last semester of this year and I hope to be done with it all by the end of next week. My drawing is taking longer and longer wich each project I do since I spent more time on perfecting it. The last artwork I did took well over 4 hours and im still not 100% satisfied though I did have a lot of good feedback on that so who knows

Right now im on the lookout for something to draw, I was thinking of doing Jade from beyond good and evil but, I dunno, it doesnt have the feel yet but that might change. Untill then ill be skimming over DA to see what is posted and maybe ill get lucky and find something nice to draw.

Hah, all done and ready. My exams went ok and now its time for relaxation! we got some nice holiday weather coming up here tomorrow about 20 degrees celcius and sunny woohoo! finnaly the good weather is starting again. Maybe some outdoor landscape drawing if I can borrow the car from my old man, ive been looking forward at having a go at that and I know a few good locations that might be interesting, we'll see.

Ah the sun is out, the weather is warm and im stitting at home my face planted in books. I got a rather big midterm exam coming up this wednesday wich pretty much calls for every piece of historic knowledge after Stunde null, or in other words after the end of world war 2. Now I must say my knoweledge of this era is rather limited to the fall of the berlin war and something about cold war and a-bombs heh.. But after 8 weeks of colleges and two days of intense study I begin to realize the fact that we are all still here in good health and not suffering from nuclear fallout is somewhat a miracle. You only have to see the movie 'Thirteen days' to agree with me on that. But other than that it seems that this period is not all bad, a period of reformation, rising freedom, especially after the fall of communism. The unfortunate part is that there has been a lot of suffuring to accomplish just that. In any case, I might be concidering writing an article about this all when ive done my midterm exam. The fact that in theory the US was the trigger of the cuba crisis might be a nice topic hehe. Though some may dissagree ^^
My drawing is suffering under it though, im pulling almost 20 hours of studying in the last two days and that includes the documentairies and movies I watch about the topic. So that leaves little time and energy to do any drawing. On the good side though, after thursday I got about 3 weeks of smooth sailing, only 3 days of colleges in those three weeks so im hoping for some nice weather and plenty of motivation to draw! ^^
